Please note: We do not accept returns in person.


1. Return period

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for any reason.


2. Free returns (defective or damaged items)

  • If a product is defective or damaged , return will be free .
  • Contact us quickly with your order number and, if possible, photos or videos of the defect, to speed up processing at info@ameublementarabais.ca

3. Other returns (non-defective)

  • For a standard return (non-defective), return costs are the responsibility of the customer .
  • If you would like to arrange a home collection, fees may apply depending on the size and weight of the item. We will provide you with a quote before confirming the collection.

4. Condition of items to be returned

All returned items must be in their original condition , with their original accessories and packaging.


5. Reimbursement

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund you via the original payment method .
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days .

6. One year warranty

Each product comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing or material defects.
Exclusions : Damage caused by misuse, improper installation or modification of the product.
To make a claim, send us proof of purchase and photos to info@ameublementarabais.ca .
