1. Delivery and costs

  • Free Shipping* (Canada) : All items ship free across Canada, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and select rural areas* (postal codes: YT, NT, NU, A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R and X0A-Y9Z.
  • International delivery or excluded areas : If you are located outside of Canada or in an area not covered, contact us at info@ameublementarabais.ca in order to obtain a personalized quote.

2. Delivery times

  • Ontario : Estimated delivery between 1 and 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of Canada : between 2 and 5 working days , depending on the destination.

Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number within 24 hours. You will be able to track the status of your delivery directly with the carrier.

3. Reception Instructions

  • If you are not there at the time of delivery, the package can be left at your door .
  • The carrier will make up to two delivery attempts . If you miss the second one, you will need to collect your order from a collection point before it is returned to our warehouse.

4. Deterioration, theft or damage

  • If the package is damaged , write "Package Damaged" upon receipt, then contact us immediately .
  • Do not throw away the original packaging, it may be required for a claim.
  • Ameublement à Rabais does not assume direct responsibility for damage, theft, or loss occurring during transport. However, we will take the necessary steps with the carrier to assist you (replacement or parts depending on the situation).

5. Warehouse Pickup

We offer a warehouse pickup service. If you would like to collect your order in person, please contact our customer service team.

Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive an email with the details for the pickup as well as your invoice .
