2. Products and availability

We strive to present our products accurately (images, descriptions, dimensions), but slight differences may exist.
Item availability may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative.

3. Price and payment

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include GST and QST at checkout.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, etc., specified at checkout.
  • Prices may change without notice, except for orders already confirmed.

4. Delivery

We ship throughout Canada via our partner carriers.
Delivery times and costs are displayed before order confirmation. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays attributable to carriers.

5. Returns, exchanges and refunds

  • You have 30 days after receipt to return a product, provided it is new, unused and in its original packaging .
  • Some items (mattresses, personalized, etc.) are excluded for hygiene or logistical reasons .
  • Free return if product is defective or error on our part.
  • For all other returns, costs will be borne by the customer . Home collection is possible, a quote will be provided in advance depending on size and weight.
  • Refunds are processed via the same payment method upon inspection of the return, generally within 5 to 10 business days .

6. Warranty

Some products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects.
Conditions and durations may vary depending on the product. If you have any problems, please contact us with proof of purchase and photo(s).

7. Liability

We cannot be held liable for indirect damages, losses or costs related to the use of our products, unless the law provides otherwise.
