We will email tracking codes to buyers within 24 hours of item shipment. Normally, the item will be delivered within 1-3 business days if you live in Ontario. For residents who live outside of Ontario, your items will be delivered within 2-9 business days.
You can visit the carrier's website and check the status at any time once you receive the tracking number. If you are not at home, the driver can leave the package at your front door. New deliveries are only made twice. If you miss the second delivery, you must pick up the item at the station within a few days before it is returned to our warehouse.

All purchases can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. No return shipping fees will be charged if the product is defective or damaged. Otherwise, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. All new products come with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Misuse or unauthorized modifications are not covered. For any claims, contact Ameublement a rabais directly during the warranty period.
