We will email tracking codes to buyers within 24 hours after the item is shipped. Normally, the item will be delivered within 1-3 business days if you live in Ontario.

For residents living outside of Ontario, your items will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

You can go to the carrier's website and check the status anytime once you receive the tracking number.

If you are not at home, the driver can leave the package at your front door. New deliveries are only made twice. If you miss the second delivery, you must pick up the item at the train station within a few days before it is returned to our warehouse.

All purchases can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. No return shipping fees will be charged if the product is defective or damaged.
